About Daughter Arise I wrote this song after reading Sheryle Cruse's book “Thin Enough: My Spiritual Journey through the Living Death of an Eating Disorder.” I met Sheryle in college, but we lost touch for a good decade or so! We found one another on FaceBook and I asked her if I could contribute to her ministry . . . creatively.
