Well Friends, this is try #2 in getting you this invite/presentation! If you will notice, there are some "player" controls in the lower left corner of the slide show, so you can pause it for the details and special instructions. I thought of one other thing as I was posting this; COSTUMES! The kids and sometimes even the adults, wear costumes. There will be a prize for the most effort put forth in an adult costume! I would suggest taking a few minutes to visit the Afton Apple website. The link is in the presentation. You will read that there was significant hail damage out there, and apples cannot be picked this year. However, pumpkins and raspberries are still available to pick as far as I understand. There is the petting zoo, cow tractor ride, corn maze, face painting, and the hay rides, of course. Some of these things cost money, so bring some cash if you are interested. We are a resourceful bunch, and we will find a way to enjoy our "Apple Pickin' Party" without picking apples! We have made it to 10 years, everybody! Don't let it "hail" on our parade!
